Embargo Period

The Embargo Period (Network & Carrier) will commence on Sunday 10th December 2017, and will finish on Wednesday 10th January 2018.


During this time, Our Kloud will provide all the usual support services. There will be no changes to any production environment, however a number of important restrictions will apply.


Orders that are received close to or during embargo will be delivered outside standard SLA timeframes. If your company is planning on ordering, upgrading or relocating any services within the next 3 months, please call your dedicated Sales Team now to beat the embargo period rush!


We understand that some customers may require special attention due to the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances. As always, we will strive to meet your needs.


For any relocation or new office fit-outs you are planning during December – February, please ensure you get your voice and data orders in ASAP to avoid missing your required activation date.
